Terms and Conditions
When making a booking, you will be required to provide the guests’ details:
- Full name (and company name if applicable)
- Phone number
- Car rego
- Total number of guests
- Any pets
As reception closes at 5:00pm, please notify us if you will have a late arrival.
Please note: If you are asked to leave the park due to rule breakage / offensive or aggressive behaviour, you will not be given a refund.
Cabins
Check-in is at 2:00pm, check-out is at 10:00am.
We require a deposit equal to one nights stay when you stay with us for longer than 2 nights.
Your card details will be kept on file in case of any damages sustained during your stay,
No smoking in the cabins.
No pets are allowed inside the cabins.
You must follow the park rules, which can be found here.
Cabin Cancellation Policy
You must give at least 5 days notice for a full deposit refund, and at least 48 hours notice for a partial refund.
Notifying us any later will result in no refund.
Sites
Check-in is at 10:00am, check-out is at 12:00pm.
No deposit required.
If you have paid for an unpowered site, you may not use power from another site or laundry to charge your electronics.
– If needed, you may charge a device in reception once for free. Any additional devices or times charged will incur a fee.
You must clean up after your pets. Doggy bags are available in reception for free.
The maximum stay in tents is 5 nights, unless the owners agree otherwise.
The legal maximum stay as a guest is 28 days. Any longer will require you to talk with the owners and fill out a rental application.

Site Cancellation Policy
As do we not require a deposit, you will receive a full refund for any days you haven’t stayed with us here at Tolga Caravan Park.
